AO Support Services was set up by Kath Fanning in May 2014. AO Support Services is based in Lancaster and provides a local service which is personal, flexible and affordable.

Kath Fanning worked for many years as a senior manager in a company where she was instrumental in achieving incorporation, healthy growth, providing strategic and operational leadership in key areas. Most recently her work has included recruitment and induction, customer service evaluation, systems and procedures review and regulatory compliance.

Kath believes that a business’ staff is its most important asset and when engaged commits herself to finding that person who provides the best fit for the job, and manages their recruitment and onboarding. She also has a passion for the delivery of excellent customer service and lots of ideas to share to help you put excellent customer service at the forefront of your business.

Kath works with associates as required to bring further specialist skills and expertise to her work.
