Purpose and legal basis for collecting the information 

We collect and process personal data relevant to the service when we offer you a service, when you enquire about a service or contact us about the service you are receiving.  By providing us with the related information you give your consent to processing those personal data provided in order for us to fulfill our commitment to you and for keeping records of the service we have provided.  We use your information for the purpose of understanding your needs and providing you with the best possible service.

We will also from time to time contact you with marketing updates. You may opt out of these by emailing or writing to us to notify us that you do not wish to receive them.  Your data will be deleted upon receipt of notification.

• organisation name and address;
• contact information including e-mail address and telephone numbers;
• records of enquiries from and transactions with you.

We collect this information from telephone and written communications with you.  We may also collect information about you from other sources, such as websites.  We ensure that the information we hold about you is protected and held on our secure system.  The information will be stored for the duration of the contract and reviewed at that point to identify and delete all data which are no longer needed for legitimate reasons.

The internet is not a secure medium.  We cannot accept responsibility for security of an e-mail during transmission or for non-delivery of that e-mail.

From time to time our website may contain links to other relevant websites.  When you use these links, you will be leaving our site. We do not have any control over the other websites. We are not responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide while visiting such sites and they are not governed by this privacy notice.

Sharing of information 

We will share with partners and/or associates information about you essential for the delivery of agreed contracts only. . We do not pass or sell your information to any other companies. 

Your rights 

Every effort is made to maintain the accuracy of the information we hold about you. 

You can obtain a copy of your data on request, require it to be amended, updated, deleted, or object to the processing of your data, free of any charge.  You are not under any statutory or contractual obligation to provide data to us.  We request only those data required for the effective delivery of our services to you and if these are not provided it may not be possible to proceed with or complete a contract with you.

You also have the right to make a complaint to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), www.ico.org.uk.
